1. Who We Are

Nonstop Deals is a SaaS tool for professional eBay sellers, operated by:

2. eBay Data We Access

When you connect your eBay account via eBay's official OAuth 2.0 API, we access the following data:

Your eBay listings (titles, descriptions, prices, item specifics)
Your eBay orders and buyer information (for invoicing and shipping labels)
Your eBay messages (for AI-assisted reply support)
Your seller account settings (shipping policies, return policies)
Your eBay username and identity (to display in the dashboard)

We only request the minimum OAuth scopes necessary to provide the service. We never access buyer payment data, credit card information, or private account credentials.

3. How We Store Your eBay Token

Your eBay OAuth access token and refresh token are stored in our database encrypted with AES-256. We never store your eBay password. Access tokens expire automatically and are refreshed only when needed to perform actions you have initiated.

4. How Long We Store Data

Product data: as long as your account is active
eBay orders / invoices: 10 years (German legal retention requirement)
eBay messages: 12 months
Account data: until account deletion

5. AI Processing

Product titles, descriptions and item specifics may be processed by third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, DeepSeek) to generate enriched listing content. We only send product-related data (title, EAN, category) — never personal buyer data. You can configure which AI provider is used in your account settings.

6. eBay Marketplace Account Deletion

Nonstop Deals complies with eBay's Marketplace Account Deletion notification requirements. When eBay notifies us that a buyer account has been deleted, we immediately anonymize all personal data associated with that buyer (invoices, messages, shipping labels) within our system.

7. Disconnecting eBay / Deleting Your Account

You can disconnect your eBay account at any time via Settings → eBay Connection → Disconnect. This immediately invalidates our stored access token.

To fully delete your account and all associated data, email us at hello@localdata-ai.com. We will delete all data within 14 days, except invoice data subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Cookies

We use only a single session cookie for authentication. No tracking cookies, no analytics, no advertising cookies.

2. Welche eBay-Daten wir verarbeiten

Bei Verbindung Ihres eBay-Kontos ueber die offizielle eBay OAuth API greifen wir auf folgende Daten zu:

Ihre eBay-Angebote (Titel, Beschreibungen, Preise, Artikelmerkmale)
Bestellungen und Kaeuferinformationen (fuer Rechnungsstellung und Versand)
eBay-Nachrichten (fuer KI-gestuetzten Antwortservice)
Verkaeuferkonto-Einstellungen (Versand- und Rueckgabebedingungen)
eBay-Nutzername (Anzeige im Dashboard)

Wir greifen nur auf die minimal erforderlichen OAuth-Scopes zu. Zahlungsdaten oder Passwoerter werden niemals gespeichert.

3. Speicherung von eBay-Tokens

Ihr eBay OAuth-Token wird AES-256-verschluesselt in unserer Datenbank gespeichert. Ihr eBay-Passwort wird niemals gespeichert. Sie koennen die Verbindung jederzeit unter Einstellungen trennen.

4. eBay Marketplace Account Deletion

Nonstop Deals erfuellt die eBay-Anforderungen zur Verarbeitung von Account-Deletion-Benachrichtigungen. Wenn eBay uns ueber die Loeschung eines Kaeuferkontos informiert, werden alle personenbezogenen Daten dieses Kaeufers in unserem System unverzueglich anonymisiert.

5. KI-Verarbeitung

Produkttitel und -beschreibungen koennen durch KI-Dienste (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, DeepSeek) verarbeitet werden. Es werden ausschliesslich produktbezogene Daten uebermittelt, niemals personenbezogene Kaeufer-Daten.

6. Ihre Rechte (DSGVO)

Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Loeschung, Einschraenkung der Verarbeitung und Datenuebertragbarkeit. Anfragen an: hello@localdata-ai.com

7. Speicherdauer

Produktdaten: solange Ihr Konto aktiv ist
Bestellungen / Rechnungen: 10 Jahre (gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht)
eBay-Nachrichten: 12 Monate
Kontodaten: bis zur Kontoloeschung
