1. Service Description

Nonstop Deals provides a SaaS platform that helps professional eBay sellers create, manage and publish listings using AI-assisted enrichment. The service uses eBay's official Trading API and OAuth 2.0 for all eBay interactions. Operated by: Flying Multimedia, Inh. Eric Engelmann, Kaiser Wilhelmstr. 18, 75179 Pforzheim, Germany.

2. eBay Platform Compliance

By using Nonstop Deals, you agree to:

Comply with all eBay User Agreements and Seller Policies
Only list items you are legally authorized to sell
Not use the service to create listings that violate eBay's prohibited items policy
Not attempt to circumvent eBay's rate limits or security measures
Review all AI-generated content before publishing to eBay (you remain responsible for the content)

3. Your eBay Account

You grant Nonstop Deals permission to access your eBay account via OAuth solely to provide the services described. We will never use your eBay credentials to make purchases, place bids, or take any action without your explicit instruction. You can revoke this access at any time via Settings → eBay Connection → Disconnect.

4. Pricing

Base fee: 10.00 EUR/month (includes all features)
Per successfully uploaded listing: 0.50 EUR
Billing occurs monthly via Stripe
You can cancel at any time — no minimum contract period

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated listing content (titles, descriptions, item specifics) is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing to eBay. We are not liable for eBay policy violations resulting from user-approved listings.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or eBay's policies. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 14 days except invoice data subject to legal retention requirements (10 years under German law).

7. Limitation of Liability

Nonstop Deals is not responsible for eBay downtime, API changes, or any indirect damages resulting from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Jurisdiction: Pforzheim, Germany.
